Q: Where should I start as a beginner?

A: It can be overwhelming starting a new routine. No matter what level you are at, start where you can and do what you can do. If you need a break, take a break. Find your limits and know when to push and not to push. The goal is to work your way up.
We also offer a class called Sweat Foundations which can be a great way to get started if you feel you need more support and help getting started!

Q: Can I pay month-to-month or auto withdrawal monthly?

A: Yes.  We recommend you set up monthly on autopay.  You can do this on the app or in studio! If you can’t decide between auto pay and class passes, the magic number is 3! If you plan to come less than 3x a week, go with the class pass! If you plan to attend 3 or more classes a week, do the monthly unlimited!

Q: What discounts are offered for new clients?

A: We offer a FREE CLASS to every new client! all you have to do is go to the app, chose your class, click one time drop in, use promo code FIRSTFREE at checkout! It will comp your visit.  We also offer 2 week unlimited trials to new clients as well! This is a great way to get a taste of ALL the classes we offer!

Q: When is free childcare available and how does it work?

A: Childcare is always FREE! Just make sure you sign up when needed!

Q: Do you have an open gym class?

A: Yes. It’s called Anything Goes.  It is a workout written up by a trainer.  You go at your pace!
