Two week series focusing on the fundamentals for a great yoga practice. For anyone eager to refine their existing practice or learn the basics in order to add yoga to their fitness regimen. This instructional series will allow participants at all levels to become familiar with the basics poses (asanas) and feel confident walking into a yoga class.
Students are also provided a foundation in yogic breathing, meditation, and proper alignment for a safe yoga practice.
