A former collegiate athlete, Jill has replaced her need for fitness, hard work and competition with group exercise training. It is typical to see her leading from the front with a big smile on her face all while completing the workout along with her class. Jill is 25 years old, a former D1 softball player and Helias High School graduate who enjoys gardening, cooking, horseback riding & collecting eggs from her chickens. She loves nearly all outdoor activities including snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, swimming and maintaining their little farm outside of Jefferson City. She has found that exercise gives her the energy and strength to live her life to the fullest & is passionate about sharing that with others! She and her husband Austin Bernskoetter are expecting their first child in early August.
