Shanna was involved in sports during junior high and High School and continued to workout after graduation. She married her highschool sweetheart at 22, five years later started a family that includes 2 beautiful daughters. After her youngest turned one, Shanna wanted to get herself back and turned to fitness. After one year of working out on her own, she started teaching HIIT classes in her small hometown. She realized how much nutrition plays a role in being healthy and achieving your fitness goals. Shanna’s passion is helping others reach their fitness goals by teaching classes and teaching them how make healthy food choices. Her heart and soul revolve around fitness and nutrition. Shanna also loves to be outdoors, plant flowers and teach her girls how to be healthy individuals. Now at age 34 she is the healthiest and in the best shape she has ever been, proving that age is just a number.
She is currently studying to be a NASM Personal Trainer and the next goal on her list is the NASM Nutrition certification.
