Amy Lee

Amy has been teaching in the health and wellness industry for over a decade. When she first became a mom in 2003 Amy found herself looking for energy to keep up with a busy schedule, and the first step was creating a healthy lifestyle through nutrition.
After learning how to eat and fuel properly to achieve great results, a fitness career soon followed.

Amy is a Certified Health Coach with the Dr Sears Wellness Institute, she specializes in family nutrition and Auto Immune Protocol lifestyles.

Amy has worked as an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and held fitness certifications including Les Mills Body Pump, Punk Rope, Kickboxing, ACE Group Fitness, and most recently- a 225 hour Yoga Certification completed in 2016.

Amy is currently completing a study under Revelation Wellness, to offer classes that blend both physical and spiritual fitness to help her clients reach their goals.
